If the scanner is offline in the software interface while it is connected to the computer, please check the following:
Open device manager and check SHINING-CAM driver name is visible under Shining3D
Right click on SHINING-CAM and select “update driver”
Then select “Browse my computer for drivers”
Browse “Resource” folder in the software install path pictured below. Select “OK” and hit “next”
Now the driver has been updated and the scanner is connected.
