Users of the OptimScan Q series may experience intermittent connection and disconnection issues due to insufficient bandwidth (1Gbps). Under normal circumstances, a network card directly connected to a computer can only achieve a speed of 1Gbps, which does not meet our specifications and may lead to unexpected results.
The required transfer bandwidth is 2.5 Gbps. It is recommended to connect the Ethernet cable to the 2.5G Type-C adaptor, then connect to the computer.
