FreeScan Trak Nova / ProW, FreeScan UE Pro2 Cannot Connect Router

   Users using the router provided with the scanner may experience connection instability or failure. This is caused by a software flaw in router's firmware version.


The Router:

Solution: 

    A manually firmware upgrade for your router can resolve this issue. Please follow the steps below.


Step 1 Power On Router and Connect to PC


Step 2 Log in Router's Admin


Step 3 Enter System > Upgrade > Local Upgrade


Step 4 Download and Upload Attached File


File Link: Router FW Upgrade File (4.8.1)




Step 5 Install the File


Step 6 Check FW Version after Installing
