Users using NVIDIA 50-Series Graphic Cards may experience
FreeScan/EXScan/OptimScan software freezing or unresponding issues
during scanning.
This is a known issue and can be resolved by installing specific NVIDIA
driver version.
Solution:
If you couldn't navigate to the correct driver download links, please follow
the steps below.
Step 1 Enter NVIDIA Driver Download Page:

Step 2 Manually Search and Download Driver:
For Users of NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50XX GPU, please select and search:

Step 3 Install the Driver and Restart PC.

If you still encounter software compatibility issues (e.g., cannot open integrated SHINING3D Inspect, cannot import STL/STP file, etc.), please open NVIDIA Control Panel > Manage 3D Settings > Threaded Optimization > Off.
