Activation
*This step is crutial to access full scanning function. Otherwise, scanning without online activation will limit the scanner ability and reduce scanning experience.
Step 1 Connect scanner and PC via smart dock or via an Ethernet cable:

Step 2 Install FreeScan Omni software and connect Scanner with PC:
Step 3 Accept connection request on FreeScan Omni Scanner:
Step 4 Install FreeScan Omni software and login to SHINING 3D Passport:
Step 5 Open Scanner Folder and click Activate to complete activation:
Software Update
Step 1 Open Scanner Folder and click update:
Step 2 Click the latest OmniOS package (Already inside PC package) to install:
