Note:
FreeScan Combo with firmware "FS4_03_CMB_EN_FX3APP_V14_FPGA_V08" may not be able to calibrate with FreeScan v2.0.1.5 and v2.0.1.4. Suggest using it with FreeScan v2.0.1.2. R&D is working on this.
